Mr. Sailesh is the Managing Director of the IntelliDecs group of companies. Sailesh has worked extensively in both India and US; comes with rich and diverse management experience and business acumen across a spectrum of Industries and functions.
His international experience and professional qualifications equipped with leadership skills, support and nurture a spirit of pioneering continual innovation at work place and strengthens organizational transformation leading team from the front. He has significant experience in corporate strategy, planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions and responsible for setting strategic direction and overall future business performance of the company. He values importance of people development and dedicates his expertise and time in strategic Human Resource development to create managerial and technical leaders of the future within the company.
With sheer passion and commitment Sailesh has played a pivotal role in expanding the group into new business lines and markets. Sailesh believes social responsibilities are integral part of development of a sustainable, healthy society and supports underprivileged in his capacity.
In addition, Sailesh is also the founder and full-time director of Sparc Group and an Independent Director of Shri Shakti Alternative Energy Limited. Sailesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Osmania University, and a Master’s degree from George Mason University.
Mr. Sigatapu Veera Lakshman Vardhan

Mr. Vardhan is the Finance Director of IntelliDecs Group. Mr. Vardhan is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the team, providing the leadership that will maintain high customer service and build high team morale. He plays a key role in the day to day management of the business, with a focus on quality maintenance, product development and resource management.
Prior to IntelliDecs, he was the Director-Operations for Sparc Technologies Inc., responsible for the day to day operations of the US head office and the Indian and Peruvian branch offices. At Sparc, Mr. Vardhan led the transformation into an enterprise-focused company while growing revenue to 30% year over year.
Educated at the prestigious Hyderabad Public School in Begumpet and having attended Little Flower Junior College, and BCA from IIMC.
Mr. Pinnupreddy Jaya Aditya Reddy

Mr. Aditya is a Director of IntelliDecs Group. Prior to IntelliDecs, Aditya was the Chief Operations Officer at Twin Cities Mineral Water (A franchisee of Aquafina India) and Prime Power Devices where he has accumulated extensive experience.
He has a unique mix of experience and knowledge which develops and applies the best business models with regard to strategic planning. He plays a crucial role in leadership and strategy related roles to foster the company in guiding to set up promising new business initiatives. He is part of the strategy think-tank team in the company in charge of managing large deals and execution of projects.
He has led several functions to pioneering heights in diverse industries including Infrastructure and renewable Energy, Sports Management, Electronics and Solid State Lighting. His excellent know-how and experience in evaluation or optimization of integrated concepts and ideas provides for the expansion and growth through joint ventures and partnerships. He is focused on growing and strengthening the organization through value creation and implementing scalable solutions for concerned stakeholders.
Aditya holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Osmania University, and an MBA from University of East London.
Mr. Narravula Sasank

His experience spans organizational strategy, customer relationship management, risk management and business development. He is also actively involved in delivering insights and practical advice on renewable energy and its applications. Prior to his current position, Sasank was with Cognizant Technology Solutions for over 3 years.
Known for his foresight and entrepreneurship, in 2010, he was instrumental in leading IntelliDecs foray into energy sector.
Sasank is known for his dynamism, outstanding brilliance and invaluable contribution. He is currently focused on expanding IntelliDecs presence in Energy, a key sector that is crucial for India to fulfil and sustain its tremendous potential.
Mr. Kishan Rao,

Mr. Kishan Rao is a retired IAS officer having three decades of experience, holding various responsible positions under the State and Central Government in the Hospitality and Tourism field. He was the Managing Director in A.P.Tourism Development Corporation and Joint Secretary, Department of Tourism & Culture among others.
During his tenure he is widely acknowledged as the bureaucrat who created cultural landmarks and tourism destinations like Shilparamam, People’s Plaza and Jalavihar on Necklace Road and Chowmahalla Palace etc. He is credited with creating several milestone events like the Air Shows at Hyderabad, Festival of Andhra Pradesh, the Millennium Festivals, International Kite Festivals and International festivals of Music, Dance and Films, Dubai Shopping Festival as Andhra Pradesh as partner state etc.
Currently Mr. Rao is associated with Y.A.T & C (Tourism) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad (as Honorary Advisor), CEWAC (Cultural Organisation) (as Chairman) to promote cross cultures of different countries; Council, English & Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad (Nominated by the President of India) and Advisory Committee, Regional Centre, CCRT Govt., of India.
